Mark Hammer

 

Mark moved from Toronto to Vancouver in 1992 where he was first drawn to the real estate business while looking at houses with his parents. Graduating from BCIT in Marketing Management Real Estate in 1995. He started with Royal LePage where he joined forces with Kathy Watkinson. In 1996, Mark joined RE/MAX Crest Realty (Westside). Since then, he has helped hundreds of people make successful moves in real estate. Mark enjoys working with his clients one-on-one, focusing on their specific real estate goals and making them happen.

 

Mark sits on the board of Fraser Academy, a school that helps students with dyslexia and other language-based disabilities become successful learners. He is also a contributor to Children's Miracle Network, Red Cross, and BC Wildlife Federation.

 

 

  

 

 

Kathryn Watkinson

 

Kathy Watkinson grew up in Dunbar on the Westside of Vancouver. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Economic Geography from UBC and has been licensed as a Realtor since 1995, giving her over 20 years' experience. Kathy is Gold Master Medallion Club member in the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. Her thorough knowledge of Greater Vancouver has helped dozens of individuals relocating to the area. Kathy also enjoys working with real estate investors and builders. For the past 16 years, Kathy has lived in the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood and can often be seen walking her dogs.

 

 

Philip Watkinson

 

Phil Watkinson joined the team in August 2002 after completing his Bachelor’s degree in Urban Geography at UBC. He has been licensed and working with RE/MAX Crest since January 2003. Born and raised in Vancouver’s Westside, Phil has intimate knowledge of the city’s neighborhoods, building and construction styles. Over the years, Phil has gained valuable knowledge and experience not only in the buying and selling of real estate but also the management of residential and commercial rental properties and numerous renovation projects. Phil enjoys working with 1st time home buyers. However, the majority of Phil’s business now comes from repeat business and referrals of satisfied clients. For the past 10 years Phil and his wife have enjoyed living and raising their daughters in the Main Street area.

 

 

Bob Brattston

 

Bob Brattston was raised in North Delta and has called Vancouver home for the past 11 years. He received his Business degree in Economics from SFU and went straight to work at WestJet Airlines where he started as a Station Manager and worked his way up to Property Manager under the Corporate Real Estate umbrella. Bob’s final position in the airline industry was as Director of Properties Facilities & Contracts for Harmony Airlines. In 2007, he changed his career from a corporate real estate executive to a personal real estate consultant. In his time off, Bob loves hiking, surfing, traveling and spending as much time as possible with his wife, daughter and “Foxy” dog in the great outdoors.
